CoBuilt has carried out a number of “super sub” packages for Southbase and MOE which see us take full responsibility for the entire interior fit out scope of works. Essentially CoBuilt assume the full responsibility from taking the base build to a completed product. Careful site management of various trades is the key – but the end product is incredibly satisfying! The entire interiors package was delivered – steel studs, insulation, aluminium, gib, paint, carpet, and acoustics.
