Union Square

This new facility was designed to create an exceptional place for work and leisure, in the heart of one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing cities.

Union Square offers over 23,000m2 of office space across five buildings. Also included are retail spaces, community spaces, and wellness areas for residents and the local community.

Located in Hamilton’s CBD, Foster Construction’s new project will begin in December 2022.

Fosters has contracted Cobuilt to complete the “basebuild” interior works on Building E of this development, including steel studs, insulation, plasterboard fixings and ceilings.
