Meet Wayne

Wayne is our Operations Manager for Insulator, and if you ask him, no two days are the same. Wayne is always hard at work organising our installers, visiting sites, ordering products, and answering calls from clients.

He wants everything to run as smoothly as possible, and he’s been with Insulator for 4 years to make that happen.

Before CoBuilt, Wayne worked as a trade manager in a large NZ building supply store. So he’s no stranger to the trade industry, bringing with him over 15 years of experience.

Wayne says the best part of his job is getting positive feedback from clients when a project is finished, “Our insulation installers are experienced and hardworking; it’s always great when they are recognised for their productiveness. Our focus is always on exceeding our customers’ expectations”.

In his spare time, you’ll catch Wayne watching his boys play rugby, fishing, or on a road trip to pick up more Beatles memorabilia to add to his “Beatles room”, normally with a cold one in hand. It’s awesome having Wayne on board.
