At CoBuilt, I am a Project Manager. I manage SubContractors, staff and resources on construction projects to make sure that they are completed with high standards, on time and within budget.
I have been in the construction industry for over 21 years, and started my career as an apprentice for an Interior company in Fiji. My work journey has progressed from interior installer to Site Manager and now Project Manager. I have been in Project Management for over 7 years.
I have always loved constructing new things, and find great satisfaction in seeing a project from design through to completion. It requires a lot of hard work and teamwork, and there is something to learn every step of the way. Getting to know new people, seeing new talent, and growing together is the best part of all.
Finding better ways to do things motivates me. Reaching a desired standard is easy, but trying to exceed it is what I strive for constantly. I love CoBuilt’s team culture. Work here is awesome, and management is great.
In my free time, I enjoy fishing and spending time with my family.
